- My iPhone and iPad show different things
- Open Settings → Sync on both and check the account code matches — the same six characters means the same Apple Account. If one says "Not signed in to iCloud", sign in from iOS Settings and tap Check again. Sync is off until you switch it on, on each device.
- Where do my events go?
- To the calendar you chose when you made them, through the account already set up in iOS Settings. An event on a Google calendar reaches Google that way. Bloom doesn't connect to Google itself.
- My Google or Outlook calendars aren't showing
- Add the account in iOS Settings → Apps → Calendar → Accounts, and make sure Calendars is on for it. Its calendars then appear in Bloom's list, where you can show or hide each one.
- Do Bloom tasks appear in the Reminders app?
- No. Tasks live in Bloom only. Events are mirrored to your calendar; tasks are not mirrored to Reminders.
- How do I get my writing out?
- Settings → Export a copy. You get everything as plain JSON with your photos in a folder beside it, through the normal share sheet — mail it to yourself, drop it in Files, keep it anywhere.
- Something said it couldn't save, or couldn't sync
- Bloom tells you rather than failing quietly. A save usually fails because the device was locked mid-write; it retries when you come back to the app. A sync failure names its cause — no iCloud account, iCloud full, or offline — and your work stays on the device meanwhile.
- Will I lose anything if I delete the app?
- The copy on that device goes. If sync is on, your data is still in your iCloud and comes back when you reinstall. Export first if you want a copy that doesn't depend on either.
The most useful report is a boring one: what you did, what you expected,
what happened instead, and a screenshot if there was anything to see.
